At Chic Paw Tique, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our refund policy outlines the steps you can take to request a return or exchange.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

- Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as final sale.

2. Refunds
- Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
3. Exchanges

- Process: Follow the same process as returns to send back the item for exchange. Once the returned item is received, we will send out the replacement item.
4. Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Times: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
