Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout. Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST for same-day dispatch.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by logging into your Chic Paw Tique account.
International Shipping
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination and can take up to 14 business days or longer. Please be aware of potential delays due to customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
